Autism Workshops ~ From Awareness to Action
Helping schools, healthcare teams, and businesses turn understanding into meaningful support.
Helping schools, healthcare teams, and businesses turn understanding into meaningful support.
I bring nearly 30 years of hands-on experience in autism support and education. My work has always been grounded in real people, real situations, and the day-to-day realities of what support actually looks like.
I work with organisations across different sectors, helping them move beyond awareness and build environments that genuinely support autistic people.
Education — I work with teachers and school staff to build confidence in supporting autistic students, creating environments where they feel understood, included, and able to succeed.
Healthcare — I help healthcare professionals better understand autism, sharing practical approaches that make support more effective, personalised, and meaningful.
Business — I support organisations to create more inclusive workplaces, improve communication, and build cultures where neurodivergent employees can thrive.
It’s not about delivering information, it’s about helping people understand what actually makes a difference in practice.

Autism awareness has come a long way. More people recognise the word, and more organisations want to “do the right thing.” There are awareness days, posters, and conversations that didn’t exist years ago, and that all matters. It has helped bring autism into the spotlight and encouraged more open, positive discussions about neurodiversity.

But awareness on its own doesn’t change anything. Knowing that autistic people exist isn’t the same as understanding them, and understanding still isn’t the same as creating environments where autistic people are genuinely supported. Real inclusion happens when awareness is backed by a willingness to make meaningful adjustments.

That’s where many organisations get stuck. They want to do the right thing, but good intentions alone don't create meaningful support. The challenge is turning awareness into practical action, knowing how to communicate effectively, make appropriate adjustments, and create environments where autistic people can genuinely thrive. That's where I can help you

Help create a world where autistic people are understood, respected, and supported in everyday life.
Whether that’s in schools, healthcare settings, or within your business, it’s about making sure people feel confident, informed, and able to offer the right kind of support.
Let's build a world where autistic people can thrive.

Every workshop is led by me.
With nearly 30 years of direct experience in autism support and education, my training is grounded in real understanding, not just theory.
I've worked alongside autistic individuals, families, schools, and organisations, which has given me insight into the challenges and opportunities people face every day.

I focus on what actually works in real-life situations.
Everything is delivered in a relaxed, supportive way, with plenty of opportunity to reflect and ask questions.
My aim is for people to leave feeling more confident, with a better understanding and clear, realistic ways to make a difference.

I am a CPD Certified Trainer, which means every workshop has been independently assessed to ensure it meets recognised standards for professional learning and development.
You can be confident that my training is structured and designed to provide practical skills that can be applied immediately in your workplace.
Mandatory autism training usually gives people a basic foundation, often covering awareness, legislation, policies, etc. It helps staff understand what they need to know.
My training goes further by focusing on real-life situations, everyday support, and practical strategies. The aim is to build confidence, not just knowledge.
Both types of training are important. My workshops build on that foundation, helping staff feel more capable, prepared, and confident in their day-to-day roles.
